Epifanes Wood Primer is a traditional one-component alkyd resin primer designed for the preparation of bare or new wood prior to painting. Its excellent filling and covering properties help create a smoother surface while improving the adhesion of subsequent paint coats.

Easy to sand once dry, it is suitable for one-component paint systems applied to woodwork above the waterline, both indoors and outdoors.

Particularly well suited for hatches, companionway slides, lockers and superstructures, it provides an excellent base coat before painting.

Coverage: approximately 8–12 m² per 750 ml and 20–24 m² per 2 L.

Overcoatable after approximately 24 hours at 18°C (65°F).
