Bronze jamb cleat

1073/BR/075
€32.80

This solid bronze jamming cleat allows a sheet, halyard or other control line to be secured quickly without tying a knot. The rope is held by wedging it beneath the cleat’s curved hook and can be released quickly when adjustments are needed.

Its elongated shape and distinctive traditional design make it particularly suitable for classic sailing yachts and wooden boats, whether for fitting out or restoration.

With no moving parts, this cleat provides a simple and direct means of securing a line. It is available in five sizes to suit different rope diameters. Choosing the correct size is essential to ensure a secure hold and easy handling.

Good to know

This jamming cleat is handcrafted using century-old moulds, a traditional manufacturing process that may result in slight variations in the bronze. These characteristics give each piece its own unique character and authenticity.

Solid bronze offers excellent resistance to weathering and marine conditions, preserving the quality and integrity of the material over time.
