At A l’Abordage, we want to reward your loyalty. With every order placed on our website, you earn points that can then be converted into discount vouchers for your future purchases.
How does our loyalty programme work?
The A l’Abordage loyalty programme is free and available to all customers with an account on our website.
For every €10 spent, you earn 1 loyalty point.
1 point = €0.50 discount
This represents a reward equivalent to 5% of the value of your purchases.
For example, for an order of €100, you earn 10 points, equivalent to a €5 discount to use on a future order.
When are your points available?
The points linked to your purchase are recorded when your order is placed and become permanently available once the order status changes to “Delivered”.
If an order is cancelled, the points associated with that order are also cancelled.
Where can you view your loyalty points?
You can view your points balance at any time from your customer account, in the section dedicated to your loyalty programme.
There you can see the points earned from your different orders as well as your available balance.
How can you convert your points into a discount?
Once you have loyalty points available, you can convert them directly from your customer account into a discount voucher.
Once created, your voucher will be available in your account and can be used on a future A l’Abordage order.
How do you use your discount voucher?
Discount vouchers obtained through your loyalty points can be used across our entire catalogue and with no minimum order value.
When placing your next order, simply select the voucher available in your account when confirming your shopping basket.
Good to know: you can keep your points and convert them into a discount voucher whenever you wish to use them.
